Casino Plex Withdrawal Policy

Casino Plex reserves the right to withhold any cash out amounts over €5,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD or GBP currency) for security reasons. Once all the required ID documents are received such as copies of credit cards, utility bills or driver's license the withdrawal will be processed.

Casino Plex also reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals of less than €5,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD or GBP currency).

The requested withdrawal amount will be funded to you using the original deposit method up to your deposit Casino Balance. Casino Balance includes the total deposits using specific payment methods minus any cash outs and refunds.

The remaining balance will be will be funded via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, Firepay, Moneybookers, Neteller or Citadel if you have used those methods in the past. 

During the holding period you can cancel any withdrawal requests. The amount will be returned back to your Casino Plex account.

There is no limit to the amount a Casino Plex player can cash out but there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn. That is €10,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD or GBP currency) per month. If a withdrawal is above €10,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD or GBP currency) the remaining balance will be placed back to the players account to be withdrawn the following month.

You may request a withdrawal back to your MasterCard or Visa Credit Card which you used to fund your account, but this is not always possible. Casino Plex therefore reserves the right to return the funds via any other payment method.

The minimum amount using a Wire Transfer Cash Out is €500, for Bank Draft Express Cash Out €100 and for Bank Draft Cash Out €10.

If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount than what is listed above unfortunately we will not be able to process the transaction and the funds will be added to your Casino Plex account.

If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared. If your Citadel deposit/s is declined, your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
